This semester long project began with a case study of "House on a Stream" by Architecture BRIO. I analyzed the architectural techniques through a redrawing of plans, sections, and model construction. (See images one & two) After, I was tasked with adding a room to the precedent. (See image three) Expanding on my understanding of "branching" from the case study, in my final project "Arboreal" I designed a 3 bd/3.5 ba private residence in Chicago, IL.
